For the past 20 years I have studied and trained in a variety of psycho-spiritual approaches. Having dedicated my life to understanding myself emotionally and spiritually, my deepest satisfaction comes from helping others explore their own inner realms. I was attracted to Voice Dialogue because it embraces universal energies and does not seek to get rid of anything. It is from this inclusive approach that our lives transform organically and we are free to move in ways that are in alignment with our essential nature. My heartfelt desire is that I can successfully give back that which has been given to me.

Professional Background
I have experience in the facilitation of Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Awareness, Super Ego work, Non-Violent Communication, Mediation, Substance Abuse Counseling, psycho-dynamics including transference and projection, and object relations theory. I have also guided others in energy counseling which includes the chakra system, understanding how our thoughts create our reality, and processes that act to align our energy system. I have danced professionally and practiced yoga and meditation as a part of my daily routine for my entire adult life. I’ve been doing Voice Dialogue facilitation since December of 2007, and have offered presentations on Voice Dialogue theories to spiritual groups.
